  • Can you hold a place before I apply?

    No; all applications are processed first come first served
  • Do I pay first month’s rent and last month’s rent with my security deposit?

    No; First month rent and security deposit.
  • How old do you have to be to apply?

    You must be 18 years or older
  • Is the deposit refundable?

    We have the intention of returning your entire security deposit as long as you fulfill your agreement to leave the property in clean and undamaged condition your deposit will be refunded.
  • You have a property I want to rent. How do I apply?

  • How do I pay rent?

    You will have an online portal to pay by check or credit card or you can drop payment off at our office by cashiers check or money order.
  • I want to get a pet. What do I do?

    You must Notify the manager if you decide to get a pet.
    There will be a $350.00 non-refundable pet fee will apply and an additional $25.00 monthly fee per pet.
  • I want to move out, but my roommate wants to stay. What do I do?

    All tenants must sign a Tenant Vacating Agreement; the remaining tenant will be subject to all the terms and conditions of the lease agreement and renewals.
  • My lease expiration is coming and I want to move out. What do I do?

    Just notify management that you won’t be renewing your lease
  • Who is responsible for paying for repairs & maintenance requests?

    Normally the landlord is responsible for the repairs, however if the damages are caused by the tenant; the tenant will be responsible.
